Entrance to the event is allowed to professional only.

MINORS
Children up to 10 years old cannot access the event. From 11 to 17 years old, access is only possible if accompanied by an adult.

NO pets allowed in the fairground.

 

Prescriptions, prohibitions and measures to protect the safety of people in the exhibition centre

  • Access to the Exhibition is restricted to professional operators.
  • Access to the Exhibition is permitted only to visitors in possession of a regular entrance pass, which is personal, non-transferable and bears the name, surname and company of the visitor as well as the QR code required for access to the entrance gates.
  • Admission is not permitted to minors under the age of 10.
  • Minors between the ages of 11 and 17 may only enter if accompanied by an adult, who is fully and solely responsible for all events and/or facts, including prejudicial ones, that may occur inside the Exhibition halls during the course of the Exhibition, including those due to actions and/or behaviour on the part of the minor himself.

The participant is required to act in accordance with the laws on public order and safety. During the Event, the participant is expressly forbidden to:

  • Carry out any form of marketing/sale of products and/or services;
  • Implement any form of distribution and/or dissemination of promotional and advertising materials as well as any form of leafleting;
  • Bring in animals, with the exclusion of dogs for the visually impaired;
  • Smoke inside the halls and enclosed premises;
  • Ride bicycles, scooters and similar means of transport inside the exhibition grounds;
  • Bring in firearms, drugs, inflammable material and any other instrument that could harm the physical safety of others present at the Exhibition and/or disturb the smooth running of the Exhibition;
  • Enter and pass through the areas where the Exhibition is held with any clothing or other means likely to conceal their identity, as provided for by Article 5 of Law no. 152 of 22 May 1975, replaced by Article 2 of Law no. 533 of 8 August 1977.

 

Each participant is also required to:

  • Always keep their personal belongings with them and not leave them unattended. RX Italy accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal items belonging to the participant;
  • Monitor their health and avoid participating in the Event if symptoms of any kind occur;
  • Not enter delimited or enclosed areas or any other area to which access is, for any reason, forbidden to unauthorised personnel, including by means of physical barriers or special signs.

Fiera Milano S.p.A. adopts the measures deemed appropriate for the protection of the safety of people present in the Exhibition Centre. These measures may include:

  • Presence of surveillance and security personnel at the doors, inside the halls and in the outdoor areas;
  • Security checks, that may also be carried out with the aid of fixed or portable technical equipment and instruments, on people, luggage and personal effects, and on means of transport and work, both upon entering the exhibition centre and inside the fairgrounds and, where necessary, upon exiting the same;
  • Verification of badges/entry tickets;
  • Video surveillance system consisting of cameras inside the halls and in the outdoor areas. 

Connections

MCE takes up 12 halls of the Fiera Milano exhibition area in the Rho Exhibition Center.

 

Twelve halls and a top-quality convention centre get busy over the four days of the show, hosting exhibitors and attendees from all over the world.

 

The exhibition centre is connected by underground to the heart of Milan and visitors can get off right inside the fairgrounds.

 

The centre, easily reachable from Linate and from the international hub of Malpensa, is located near an important motorway intersection and has 14,000 parking lots.

 

In order to allow to both visitors and exhibitors a quick and easy access to the different sectors, a direct shuttle bus service between Gate Est and Gate Ovest will be activated in addition to the usual one linking all the different halls.

Warning: The Rho-Fieramilano Station can be reached using the Mi1-Mi3 ordinary ticket that costs 2,20€ one way or with the daily 24 hours Mi1-Mi3 ticket for 7,60€.

Fiera Milano is served by Rho-Fiera railway station that can be reached using the Passante Ferroviario through line S5 (Varese-Gallarate-Milano Passante -Pioltello-Treviglio) and line S6 (Novara-Magenta-Milano -Passante-Treviglio) from the following stations: Milano Certosa, Villapizzone, Lancetti, Porta Garibaldi, Repubblica, Porta Venezia, Dateo e Porta Vittoria.

The following lines stop at Rho-Fiera Station too:
- All Turin-Novara-Milan Fast Regional trains;
- All Regional trains for Varese, Arona, Domodossola and Luino;
- Some S11 line Chiasso-Como-Milano Porta garibaldi-Rho trains

From Milano Centrale, Milano Porta Garibaldi and Milano Lambrate railroad stations
- Take the green line M2 underground direction Abbiategrasso, at Cadorna station change to red line M1 underground direction Rho-Fieramilano.

From Milano Cadorna railroad station
- Take the red line M1 underground direction Rho-Fieramilano. You can reach Fiera Milano also using Frecciarossa, Italo Treno e Eurocity trains.

Public service bus no. 73 from Arrivals exit to Piazza Duomo/Via Gonzaga change to red line M1 underground direction Rho-Fieramilano.
M4 tube line is available to reach San Babila station. From San Babila station take the M1 line, direction Rho-Fieramilano tho reach the fairground.

A paid shuttle bus service is available to reach Milano Centrale Station.
From Milano Centrale station, take the M2 tube line to Milano Cadorna, then change to M1 line, direction Rho-Fieramilano.

Taxis authorized to operate at Linate and Malpensa airports, on given pre-established routes, among which FieraMilano fairground, apply pre-established rates including all costs (handling time, motorway fee, night and holiday extracharge).

Requests for intermediate stops make invalid the application or fixed rates.
In Milan there are 50 taxis accessible to people with physical disabilities.

From A7-Genova (Genoa), A1-Bologna and A4-Torino (Turin) motorways: drive along Tangenziale Ovest (ringroad west) direction North, exit fieramilano.

From A4 Venezia (Venice) motorway: exit Pero-fieramilano.

From A8-Varese and A9-Como motorways: at Milano Nord barrier follow direction to A4-Venezia, exit fieramilano.

From Milan: A-8 motorway direction Varese-Como: exit fieramilano; or A-4 motorway direction Torino (Turin) exit Pero-fieramilano.

Visiting https://visitors.fieramilano.it/en the person with a disabilites can apply for the card FierAccessibile which allows to park for free in all carparks beloging to Fiera Milano.
FierAccessibile card doesn’t allow entrance and parking inside the fairground.
